As we approach the last few days of the school year (and what a year it’s been!) Mrs Green and I would like to say a big thank you to the parents and carers for showing us kindness, respect and trust over the course of the year. Every child in our class has made such amazing progress from their own individual starting points, both academically and personally. I know that expectations have been high in terms of learning behaviours and commitment to learning, but I do believe that this has made a huge difference to the learning we have been able to do and the knowledge everyone has gained across the curriculum. The children are now about to start their Key Stage 2 experience, which will be both exciting and daunting for them, but they are all ready to give it their best shot and make amazing strides in their learning.

I will miss every one of you and am so proud of the relationships we have built over this year (or even 2 years!) and I am genuinely super sad to see you all move on to Year 3. But I know that you are going to have the best time, and luckily you will have Mrs Green alongside you to guide you and support you. I know that you are only across the hall, but it feels really emotional to be saying goodbye! You are all amazing and should feel so proud of all you have achieved ❤️
