Our DT project for this half term is to create our own sculptures based on famous UK landmarks! For our first lesson, we studied some landmarks around the four countries within the UK and discussed how we could make these ourselves. We have had to think about how our sculptures will remain upright and how we can replicate the design of the landmark on the exterior of our sculpture too. We are working together in groups, this week focusing on designing our landmark and creating a list of the materials we will need. 

Lesson 2 - we investigated a range of different fixing and fastening techniques that will help us with our project! We then had a go at creating some of these joins ourselves.
